A state of the art factory is located at Bhiwadi (proximity to New Delhi). Shaan wall papers are manufactured on the most modern (Stork-X-Cell) Holland, Rotary Screen Printing / Coating Plant. The Automated Plant with programmable logic controllers and digital drives can produce 1200 rolls of wallpaper per shift.

At Indian Vinyl Limited we inspect every product manufactured so that it adheres to the strictest quality standards. If any product is not absolutely free from defects at every inspection point it is rejected out of hand as failing to meet the exacting IVL standards. IVL do not sell second quality merchandise.
